Michael has 25 years of commercial, residential and corporate real estate experience representing
buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, respectively, in a plethora of transactions encompassing
single family, multi-unit, office, retail, restaurant, medical, industrial and land. His experience
spans all aspects of commercial real estate including site selection, feasibility, zoning, planning,
design, placement, contractual negotiations, construction, marketing, tenant fit-up and valuation.
He started his career as a corporate real estate executive with Xerox Corporation in Stamford,
CT, negotiating real estate contracts for their Northeast region. He then founded a real estate
brokerage and property management firm and later a real estate development company in
Portland.
Michael has a BS degree in Accountancy from Bentley University and an MBA degree from
Penn State University’s Smeal Graduate School of Business. He taught managerial accounting
while matriculating at Penn State.
Michael assists clients across a wide spectrum encompassing land, commercial, residential and
various sectors of net lease (NNN) properties: office, medical, shopping centers, retail,
restaurant, hospitality and industrial. Michael’s goal is to create value for clients while
